All our products are guaranteed to be in tact and contaminant-free upon arrival. We take great care in ensuring that every item shipped meets our high standards of quality and safety.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

  • For Unused Products: If your product arrives broken or contaminated and has not been used, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to address the issue, which may include replacing the product or refunding your purchase.
  • For Inoculated or Used Products: While inoculated or otherwise used products are not eligible for a refund, we understand that issues may arise. We encourage you to contact us regardless. Our dedicated support team is always available to provide guidance, help troubleshoot issues, and offer solutions to ensure your satisfaction.
  • Returns Within 7 Days: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the product’s arrival. To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened and in their original condition. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with purchasing and returning the product. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be issued for the product’s purchase price.
