Our Process
Our organic rye berries undergo a 24-hour soak in gypsum water. Next, we load each bag with 2 pounds of optimally hydrated rye grain and 3 pounds of our proven mushroom CVG substrate, hydrated to field capacity. Then, we pressure cook bags at 17 PSI for 25 hours to ensure contaminant-free substrate. Post-sterilization,we carefully seal bags in front of a flow hood.
