Our Process
We start by soaking our organic rye berries in gypsum-infused water for 24 hours. Next, we then fill each bag with 1 pound of perfectly hydrated rye grain and 1.5 pounds of our trusted CVG mushroom substrate. We pressure-cook the bags at 17 PSI for 20 hours to assure a contaminant-free medium. After sterilization, we meticulously seal each bag in a controlled environment.”
